"Sretensky Boulevard" station’s own vestibule opened on Tuesday for passengers. The station opened at the end of 2007 but till today for exit to city or enter the station you had to use "Chistye prudy" or "Turgenevskaya" stations’ vestibules which have transfer to "Sretensky Boulevard".

Mayor Sergey Sobyanin arrived to the station entrance opening, with his deputies and Moscow subway administration he passed by gathered journalists in silence and came down to platform. At the same time there wasn’t any unveiling.

The works of vestibule and oblique stroke building were leading since January 2009. New vestibule was built directly under Turgenev Square and joins the present pedestrian crossing. Exits from there are built in front of exits from the functioning vestibule of "Chistye prudy" and "Turgenevskaya" stations.

Coming down to the "Sretensky Boulevard" vestibule passenger appears in light and bright place of the circle shaped upper hall where angularly come 4 escalators 79 meters length and stairs. Square of vestibule’s ticket office is 514 square meters and its height is 4 meters.
Atmosphere of the vestibule is made up by ceiling hanging construction which consists of thick luminescent net and its cells are filled with multicoloured (yellow, red, orange and green) metal details like in kaleidoscope. On the right of the escalators there is another unusual element of decorating – colorful stained-glass window with a picture of playing children and inscription "Sretensky Boulevard". The architectural image of the vestibule is determined by desire for reproducing the impression of blossoming boulevard underground in all seasons.

Necessity of own exit building was determined by high passenger number on this transfer junction in the centre of the capital. It passes more than 300 thousand passengers in 24 hours. With new exit opened transfer stations loading will decrease equal.
In vestibule opening day in all ticket offices of Lublino-Dmitrov line and on "Chistye prudy" and "Turgenevskaya" stations there will be selling holiday tickets with original design – picture of a panel fragment of "Sretensky Boulevard" station.
